UNOX's SPEED.Pro is a professional speed oven (speed oven) that you can use to bake fresh and frozen rolls and croissants and hot sandwiches and other things in a short time. You can also use it as a regular convection oven, although there is no glass in the door.
It is therefore ideal in cafés and Quick Service Restaurants, where servings must take place in a few minutes.
You get the golden color on the outside with convection, lightning fast internal heating from the microwave effect. You can:
- Bake 27 croissants in 16 min
- Heat 4 club sandwiches in 125 seconds
- Bake 4 toasts in 75 seconds
- Heat 250 grams of lasagne in 100 seconds.
You can save the recipes in the oven, so you are always just a few seconds away from getting started with your baking/frying.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
