Ice cream counters
An ice cream counter is necessary to be able to sell scoop ice cream and italian gelato. If you sell Italian ice cream (gelato) you must have an ice counter with a ventilated freezer, as it is important that the temperature is maintained exactly throughout the day, regardless of how hot it is. If you have to serve regular ice cream , such as Premier ice cream, then a model with a static freezer can be used.
