The coffee machines grind the beans and you can fill the containers with cocoa powder and milk powder. Choose OptiBean if you want training, a service agreement and the option to brew in a thermos.
We carry automatic espresso machines for small and medium-sized offices with 10-100 employees. If you have more than 60 employees, it will often make sense to have 2 machines, even if the machine can handle the daily capacity. This is because there are always peak periods when people will have to queue.
Bravilor Sego VS Animo OptiMe
Both Bravilor and Animo are recognized Dutch coffee brands, which are in thousands of offices. But if you compare Bravilor Sego and Animo OptiMe, there is a difference in quality that makes OptiMe more popular.
The user interface on OptiMe is slightly larger and more user-friendly.
In addition, the boiler on the OptiMe is larger, which means that it can make quite a few more cups within a short time if, for example, an event is held where many people must have coffee at the same time.
One or more machines for large offices?
Do you have e.g. 100 or 200 employees, you can consider whether you should buy several small coffee machines instead of one large one, so that you avoid queues, so that the employees are closer to the machine and so that you always have one or more backup coffee machines when a machine is temporarily out of order operation.
Instant or whole beans?
We always recommend choosing a model that can grind whole beans, so you get a much better coffee taste. That's why we only have models with a grinder. The downside is that it makes more noise, but only for the few seconds when it grinds. On the other hand, you can choose instant cocoa and milk powder, so you don't have to buy fresh milk and pour it on.
