To give a more concrete answer, a 2-group espresso machine can typically produce between 200 and 500 cups of espresso per day under normal operating conditions. This number may vary based on factors such as the efficiency of the machine, brewing time, the quality of the coffee beans, the experience of the staff and the capacity of the water tank or water supply.

If you need to make a larger number of cups of espresso, it may be necessary to invest in more espresso machines or a larger machine with a higher capacity. It is also important to ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine to maintain its performance and longevity.

Should I choose a 1-group espresso machine?

Generally speaking, a 1-group espresso machine can produce between 100 and 300 cups of espresso per day under normal operating conditions. This number can vary, as explained above.
