Baking sheets are available in different sizes. If you have a regular restaurant combi oven, it is probably GN 1/1 size, i.e. 325x530 mm. It may also be that you have a compact combi oven for GN 2/3, and we naturally also have plates for this.
If you have a baking oven, then the standard size is 60x40 cm, but some have one of 61x46 cm.
Remember to buy a trolley for all your plates.
