In addition to the warranty that comes with your commercial kitchen equipment, we naturally also offer service should problems arise after the warranty period.

This is how it works

1. When you experience errors or breakdowns on your machine, you contact us via email or phone. Then we choose the right technician, depending on where you are.

2. When the technician comes out to you, he diagnoses the fault. And if he has the spare parts in the car, the fault is rectified immediately.

3. Otherwise, we will order the spare part home and the technician will come out to you again.

About Cosina Service and repair

We have our own technicians, as well as external technicians throughout the country. They service commercial kitchen machines and bakery machines within the brands we market. We drive throughout the country, but there may be an additional driving fee for trips to non-bridged islands.

Do you have to wait for spare parts?

As far as possible, we carry brands where the delivery time for spare parts is as short as possible. This means that we avoid brands where spare parts are only found in e.g. Asia or Turkey, but instead stick to brands with spare parts warehouses in Denmark or Europe . This means that the delivery time is from approx. 8 weeks to under 2 weeks.

Within industrial ovens, we carry the Italian brand UNOX, which has spare parts at two locations in Denmark.
