The CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ series from UNOX are intelligent combi ovens with steam, washing system and digital control - developed to give the chef more time . It can be used as a regular combi oven, but there are also special solutions in the form of plate trolleys for the 20-slot model, a system for grilled chickens and a Hyper.Smoker for smoking. MULTI.TIME allows you to have e.g. 7 plates with different contents inside the oven at the same time. Wha. the programs, the oven will beep every time one of the plates is finished cooking.
