Make French fries in 4-5 minutes in this UNOX oven. Just requires you to buy "Farm Fries" also called Quick Oven Fries. Use either the large French fries basket or the smaller portion baskets. Put in frozen fries and remove the baskets with the tongs.
The oven has adaptive cooking. This means that it even adds time to the baking time if the door has been open and you put several baskets of French fries in. With Multi.time, also known as timers, the oven can easily keep track of when the individual baskets are ready. This is a huge advantage if you regularly receive orders. We can put numbers on the front glass for you, so it is easy and clear and set the recipe for you. When the day is over, you can easily clean the oven with the oven's own washing system.
You get rid of frying oil, special requirements for a hood and save a lot of money on the electricity bill.

There is a 1-year full warranty included in the price and an additional 4-year spare parts warranty. We can make a technical assembly so that the oven is ready for connection when you receive it. Wheels can also be fitted. When you have received the oven, we can come by completely free of charge and give you instructions on how to use it. If you want to try the oven before buying, you can also do that in Aarhus.
If you don't have extraction, you can buy a steam condenser and put it on top of the oven.
This oven is also available in a compact version that is narrower in width and a GN 2/3 version.
