You can have programs like pork roast, potatoes, lasagna, bread rolls and reheat. The user selects the program and the oven controls the temperature, humidity, fan, etc. CHEFTOP PLUS has over 300 automatic/customizable programs.
The ADAPTIVE.Cooking function adjusts the program according to, among other things, the amount of food and the cooking conditions. And if you open the door frequently, the program will automatically adjust to compensate for the heat loss.
The user selects the program, after which SMART.Preheating takes care of the necessary preheating. This eliminates the problem of guests putting 50 portions of food into a cold oven and then wondering about the cooking time.
You don't have to rely on the family renting the kitchen knowing how to clean a professional oven. ROTOR.Klean can detect the degree of dirt and select the wash accordingly.
"Data Driven Cooking" gives you access to, among other things, oven usage, energy and water consumption, washing cycles and number of door openings. This can be interesting in a rental kitchen because you are not necessarily present when the oven is used.
