Return rules

Cosina only sells to businesses. Therefore, we generally have no right of return.

The five points below apply when you shop at Cosina ApS. You will find further terms and conditions here .

1. If a right of return is agreed, section 2, 3 and 4.

2. Returned goods must not have been used, damaged and the packaging must be as new.

3. Parts and components that do not meet these requirements are deducted from the credit note.

4. For all returned goods, a return fee of 25% of the invoiced price or product line is charged, unless otherwise agreed.

How to return an item

When you have agreed a return with Cosina ApS, we will send you a package label or a waybill, which you attach clearly to the product's packaging.

You drop off the package at the nearest GLS package shop or we order a pick-up with Danske Fragtmænd when sending pallets.

You must not return an item to us without prior agreement.

Refund

When we have received the item and it has been checked without comments, you will receive an email about this and we will transfer the amount to you within 14 days.
