ICE CREAM SHOP
One of the most profitable concepts in the industry is an ice cream parlor. Of course, it depends entirely on your location. It is a seasonal concept, so consider how you can complement sales during the winter months.
You can either stay closed completely if the high season is good enough, or you can sell coffee, cakes and bread in the winter.
