Challenge: A need for displaying cakes and sandwiches to customers in a way that is easy to clean and does not dry out the products.
Solution: The OSLO model, which highlights the cakes with beautiful LED lighting. Moveable shelves for flexibility and a tiltable front glass for easy cleaning from the front.
Result: Easier workflow for employees - where cleaning is easily done at the end of the day. The cabinet does not attract dust in the same way as other models, and the evaporator is easily accessible for light brushing/vacuuming.
A refrigerated display case is often used for cafe counters, bakery counters, and in other businesses where you want to display open sandwiches, sandwiches, salads, cakes, or drinks in an attractive display.
You can choose a tabletop model, which is the cheapest solution, but you can also choose to integrate a floor model into the counter, which displays the goods at the right height in a visually appealing way.
Some floor models are on wheels, allowing them to stand freely in the store and be moved around as needed.
Choosing a refrigerated display case
The two most important things to consider when choosing your refrigerated display case are design and size. The display case must fit on the counter and it must present the products with a view to maximizing sales. Therefore, lighting, shelves, and glass area are important details when choosing a model.
In terms of price, there can be a big difference between refrigerated display cases, and it is most often the design that makes the big difference. There is hardly as much difference in cooling capacity.
The square UPD models are very popular due to their price, and the models from SAYL are popular in places where design (interior decor) is most important.
Some models can be built into the countertop, so that only the display case itself is visible. The motor is under the countertop. However, this is not a very flexible solution, so you need to be sure where the refrigerated display case will be permanently located.
All models feature ventilated cooling, which ensures a stable and uniform temperature throughout the display case.
If you use the refrigerated display case for, for example, open sandwiches or sandwiches for a longer period, you should wrap them in sandwich paper or cover them with cling film so they do not become stale.

Maintenance of refrigerated display cases

We often receive complaints about refrigerated display cases that have not been cleaned regularly, and this can quickly become expensive. We recommend vacuuming the grille at least once a quarter and preferably once a month, as a lot of dust accumulates in busy cafes.
