Unox Bakertop is a series of digital baking ovens with steam for 40 x 60 cm plates. In fact, it is a combi oven, as it has a washing system, steam, recipes, adaptive cooking and much more. They are used in restaurants, canteens and bakeries that need a washing system, steam and simple digital control with the possibility of creating your own programs/recipes. Apart from the dimensions, it is the same oven as the Cheftop series. There is a 4-year spare parts warranty on the Plus versions when registering online.
