Industrial freezers with static freezing have fixed shelves. If you need movable shelves, look for a model with ventilated freezing. They should normally be set to -18 °C. Automatic defrosting is an advantage, but otherwise, when there is 5 mm of ice on the evaporator at the back of the refrigerator, it needs to be defrosted. Remember to also clean the condenser (with a vacuum cleaner nozzle) at least a couple of times a year. Remember not to overfill the freezer so that air can circulate freely. Use a bottom shelf if you place anything at the bottom.
