We sell Cambro Camracks dishwashing racks and accessories for professional dishwashing – designed to protect your dinnerware, optimize drying, and ensure easy handling. Ideal for institutional kitchens, restaurants, and catering. Industrial dishwashing racks are standard 50x50 cm and thus fit all our industrial dishwashers, except for the small glasswashers.
Glass racks can be used as they are, without extenders, if you have short glasses or heavy, sturdy glasses that won't break in the dishwasher. Those who wash tall glasses or fragile glasses, such as wine glasses, need to divide the dishwashing rack into compartments. The choice of the number of compartments depends on the diameter of your glasses.
You will find that there are three different extenders:
The base extender is the first extender you place in the glass rack. If you need additional height, you can add one or more top extenders. At the very top, you can choose to add a compartment extender, where the compartment dividers go higher than in a top extender. This is often an advantage when your glasses have stems.
