Double glazing and optimal insulation minimize heat loss and electricity consumption. Dry.Plus contributes to baked goods having a uniform texture as steam from the food and the chamber is reduced.
Small compact oven ideal for small cafes, coffee shops and the like where you want to bake croissants, snails or other bake-off.

If you have the space, we recommend the XF043 or XF033 as the two ovens also have Air.Plus which ensures uniform baked goods due to perfect heat distribution. If you need to bake cookies, macarons or similar light cakes, contact us, as in that case you will need an oven with an adjustable fan.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
