An AirFlow baffle plate for mounting on the fan. It allows you to bake even the most delicate pastries. Use 1 plate for each fan.

Industrial ovens have a very powerful fan, and on the least advanced ovens, where you cannot control the fan speed, it is important to be able to put some form of protection in front of the fan so that less air comes through when making, for example, macarons and other delicate items.
