Versatility is primarily the advantage of choosing a glass-ceramic contact grill compared to a traditional contact grill. In addition, the glass ceramic plate does not absorb the taste of the food, it is non-stick and therefore no smoke is formed. Therefore, you can roast different items one after the other and at the same time preserve the taste of the food. The material is durable and easy to clean. Excess fat can easily be pushed out into the rim, which then ends up in the drip tray. A scraper and food-approved spray are included, which make it easy to clean the plates at the end of the day.
