Preparation
You can use your Spidocook grill to cook many more items than a regular clamp grill. This is due, among other things, to that you reach a temperature of 400°C. However, it is also important that with the black Spidocook you achieve a higher core temperature faster, which is important for meat.

The glass-ceramic surface is a non-stick material, which makes it possible to fry things that you wouldn't normally fry on a clamp grill. It also results in the flavor not sticking to the plate. Therefore, you can make a panini right after you have fried seafood.
