The Bamix Gastro series of hand blenders is a hybrid model, understood in the sense that it can be used at home as well as in commercial kitchens. It has a good engine. Only 350 Watts, but it still gets 23,000 revolutions per minute out of it. It can be used in a pot with a maximum of 40-45 litres.
The Bamix Gastro Pro-3 350 is a popular blender among professionals, because you get great power from a small and light machine (1 kg). Normally, you have to stand with a large industrial blender to get the same effect. But Swiss Bamix has developed a model that can be used in large pots for a short time.
It has no air holes for the motor, which means that sauce and water cannot get into the motor. However, this also means that the motor gets less cooling, and you must therefore switch it off after 5 minutes.
Perfect for blending tomato sauce in pizzerias.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
