Below is an electric standard oven with a thick oven door for better thermal insulation. Electric oven has separate thermostats for top and bottom heating elements. The oven chamber is in stainless steel with 3 levels to accommodate 2/1 GN grids or plates.
Oven thermostat adjustable from 100 °C to 300 °C.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
