When you need to melt chocolate
Heat 200 ml of cream in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, remove it from the heat. Pour in 250 grams of finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate and stir. Add 20 grams of butter and beat the mixture a little until it becomes smooth. Now you have a delicious chocolate that you can pour into the dosing bottle. You can use a dough scraper to get it all in.
NOTE:
- The bottles must never be left empty in the chocolate warmer when it is switched on!
- The bottle with 1 spout must never get hotter than 60 degrees.
- The bottles can be put in the dishwasher as long as the temperature does not exceed 80 degrees. Otherwise, you can use a dishwashing brush and mild, non-chlorine detergent.
- Stock items are shipped the same day if you order before 12 noon.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
