With an Evereo, you can keep food hot and fresh for up to 72 hours. You reduce working time and food waste and can organize your working day more easily. It works by vacuum packing the food while it is still warm. You don't have to wait for the food to cool down in a blast chiller first. It is then placed in the warming cabinet, which keeps the food at the right temperature. You can serve the dish in a short time. You can also just put hot food in the cupboard and not vacuum pack and instead use gastro trays with lids. So food stays fresh for 8 hours.
The cabinet can stand on its own, in a bracket with two units or underneath a Cheftop oven 5 compact model.
- Multi.day: Function that lets you vacuum pack hot food
