Nice little commercial fryer with a practical drain tap in the front for draining the used oil. Capacity of 16 litres.
There is an indication on the side of the tank that shows how much oil to pour into it. The oil can be either liquid or in blocks. When you set the temperature, the orange bulb lights up. It goes out again when the set temperature is reached.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
