FKI frying plate with good effect and 2 heating zones This allows you to fry two items at a time or only use one side if it is not busy and thereby save money on the electricity bill. You can easily scrape the remaining fat from the plate into the drawer.
It is perfect for frying burger patties, all kinds of bacon, fresh vegetables, eggs and anything else suitable for pan-frying

Tips and tricks
Teflon foil can be purchased separately. They protect the griddle so that it lasts longer and at the same time makes it easier to clean.
If you have a bigger need and a little space to deal with, you can buy a bridge. So you can have two roasting plates standing on top of each other.
A splash guard can be purchased as an extra and takes grease splashes from the pan and ensures that the surroundings do not get dirty

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
