Fimar MPF 1.5 is an Italian fully automatic pasta machine for many different types of pasta. Used in leading Italian restaurants in Denmark and not least Italy. It can produce 5 kg. pasta per hour.

Professional Italian pasta machine Fimar. The MPF 1.5 is the smallest model that has a capacity of 1.5 kg of pasta dough, resulting in a maximum production of 5 kg of pasta per hour.
This model does not have an electric knife fitted, so you have to cut the pasta to the desired length yourself. The models MPF 4, MPF 8 and PF40E come with a pasta cutter, which is a rotating knife that cuts the pasta into small pieces, which is necessary for e.g. fusilli and gnocchi.
Important: Discs for shaping the pasta are not included, but can be purchased individually.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
