Make Dutch poffertjes with this machine from French Krampouz. Poffertjes are similar to small, flat apple fritters or very small, airy pancakes. The machine can make 50 poffertjes at a time. With a full plate, you can serve 3 customers at once. It takes about 2 minutes to make a poffertjes.
You may know the phenomenon from Holland, where they are also marketed as Dutch Pancakes. And they are really popular.
The machine is from the French manufacturer, Krampouz, known for making the world's best pancake machines. They have used the same technologies and materials to make this poffertjes machine. Made of stainless steel and with a solid cast iron plate that lasts for many years at high intensity, you really have a workhorse that can generate high turnover.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
