Fimar PF40E is an Italian fully automatic pasta machine for many different types of pasta. Used in leading Italian restaurants in Denmark and not least Italy. It has a removable auger for easier cleaning.
Professional pasta machine from Italian Fimar. With a capacity of 4 kg at a time, you can produce a maximum of 13 kg of pasta per hour.
This model includes an electric pasta cutter, which is a rotating knife that cuts the pasta into small pieces, which is necessary for e.g. fusilli and gnocchi.
Important: Discs for shaping the pasta are not included, but can be purchased separately.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
