Large fryer of 90 cm in depth that takes up very little space (40 cm in width). This 23 liter electric industrial fryer has a deep well, and can therefore be made as a 400 mm model.
The oil is drained through a tap to a drain container located below the well.
All major compartments are located at the front of the unit for ease of maintenance. And the rounded corners inside the tub make cleaning easy.
- Optional portable oil quality monitoring tool (code 9B8081) for efficient oil management.
- The unit must be mounted on 50 mm height-adjustable stainless steel feet.
- Deep V-shaped well.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
