Animo Professional 40 is a popular industrial coffee machine from the Netherlands that has the special percolator system. The coffee can be poured directly into a cup for self-service or in a thermos that can be used in meeting rooms etc. The temperature regulator ensures that the coffee remains fresh for up to 4 hours.

This is how you do it
- Pour water into the container (minimum 1/3 of the capacity of the container).
- Put coffee powder in the filter basket and put the lid on the filter basket and then the top of the machine.
- Turn it on.
- When the button lights up green, the coffee is ready.

If the machine is teasing
- If a film of burnt-in coffee forms due to lack of cleaning, you can buy additional coffee fur bags, which are placed in the container and boiled through. Then rinse several times with warm water.
- Lime and the like are removed with the supplied scraper and a sponge. If it is more demanding, you can pour a little vinegar into the hole at the bottom by the riser and let it sit overnight. Remove with a sponge.
- If the machine will not brew coffee, it may be because the thermal protection has tripped or that the membrane is not seated correctly/is porous. Press the thermal fuse in (located at the bottom on the outside).
- Stock items are shipped the same day if you order before 12 noon.
- Non-stocked goods are normally delivered within 4 weeks.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
