When you need to melt chocolate

Heat 200 ml of cream in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, remove it from the heat. Pour in 250 grams of finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate and stir. Add 20 grams of butter and beat the mixture a little until it becomes smooth. Now you have a delicious chocolate that you can pour into the dosing bottle. You can use a dough scraper to get it all in.

NOTE:

• The bottles must never be left empty in the chocolate warmer when it is switched on!
• The bottle with 1 spout must never get hotter than 60 degrees.
• The bottles can be put in the dishwasher as long as the temperature does not exceed 80 degrees. Otherwise, you can use a dishwashing brush and mild, non-chlorine detergent.
