When you have to melt chocolate
You can use our chocolate melter from Forcar or do the following:
Heat 200 ml of cream in a pan. When it starts to boil, take it off the heat. Pour in 250 grams of finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate and stir. Add 20 grams of butter and beat the mass a little until it becomes smooth. Now you have a delicious chocolate that you can pour into the dosing bottle. Feel free to use a dough scraper to get it all together.
ATTENTION:
- The bottles must never be left empty in the chocolate warmer when it is switched on!
- The bottle with 1 spout must never get hotter than 60 degrees.
- The bottles may be put in the dishwasher as long as the temperature does not exceed 80 degrees. Otherwise, you can use a washing-up brush and mild detergent without chlorine.
