Steam condenser for Unox BAKERLUX & LINEMISS manual convection ovens. It eliminates steam and odors from cooking fumes. It can only be connected to one oven.
Steam condensation is not necessarily suitable for all ovens in the series.
- Must be connected to water, electricity, and drainage. 0.008 kW . 230 V, 50 Hz.
- Chimney diameter Ø30 cm. Can optionally be installed before the oven is shipped, so that the water hose only needs to be connected to a ¾” stopcock on the wall.
- The supplied drain hose should be inserted into a Ø40 socket PVC drain in the middle of the oven.
- Dimensions: W: 23.4 x D: 17 x H: 33.9 cm.

- Stock items are shipped the same day if you order before 12 noon.
- Non-stocked goods are normally delivered within 4 weeks.
- Stock items are normally delivered with GLS or Danske Fragtmænd.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
