Are you missing a kettle/bowl for a bear mixer? Then we can deliver the boiler you need within 1-3 working days. If you don't find the one you need on the list, or are in doubt as to which is the right one, you can do three things:

1)
If you have the old boiler, there should be a model number on the bottom of it if you turn it over. We just need to have that informed.

2)
If you can't see a number on the bottom of the boiler, you can also read the manufacturing plate on the back of the machine. Bjørn mixers of 20 liters and up can be used for two boilers, where one is smaller. You just have to be aware of that before you order.

3)
If there is no sign, you can take a picture of the mixer and we will probably help you.

Stock items are shipped the same day if you order before 12 noon.
Non-stocked goods are normally delivered within 4 weeks.

Shipping prices (incl. handling)

DKK 95,- for orders up to 25 kg. - typically sent with GLS or Danske Fragtmænd.
DKK 398,- for orders between 26 and 100 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.
DKK 598,- for orders between 101 and 150 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.
DKK 750,- for orders over 150 kg. - sent with Danske Fragtmænd.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
