Over the years, we have gathered a lot of experience, which we have continuously written down. Now we have collected them in a brand new digital book of 49 pages. It is about everything from market analysis and concept to financing and budgeting. It doesn't give you all the results, but helps you make the right decisions, and not least avoid a lot of beginner mistakes.
When you have purchased the book, you will receive an email with the book as a download. Every time we update the book, you will be sent a new digital version - free of charge.
When you buy the book, you also get the opportunity to redeem a free one-on-one meeting of one hour with either Jeppe or Mark, who wrote the book. The meeting takes place as a starting point at Cosina in Aarhus, where you can also see many of the things you need in a café (counter, espresso machine, dishwasher, etc.). But if you don't have the opportunity, it can also be done as a video meeting.
