Baking sheets

Professional baking sheets and grids for industrial ovens in many different sizes. We have a large selection from Italian UNOX, who have been skilled at developing special plates that make it easier to bake and fry, for example, bacon, chicken, fried eggs, muffins and pizza. You will of course also find more ordinary baking sheets. Here you can choose a regular smooth baking sheet or a perforated baking sheet with small holes in it, which many bakers use for bread.

Sizes

Baking sheets are available in different sizes. If you have a regular restaurant combi oven, it is probably GN 1/1 size, i.e. 325x530 mm. It may also be that you have a compact combi oven for GN 2/3, and we naturally also have plates for this.

If you have an oven, the standard size is 60x40 cm, but some have one of 61x46 cm.
