Instead of buying the dried pasta, you can easily make your own fresh pasta, and thus stand out from other Italian restaurants. All you need is an automatic pasta machine that kneads, shapes and cuts the pasta. Then you can focus on sauces and toppings.
Focus 100% on the pasta and let others make the pizza and risotto. Offer a simple antipasti for starters and a delicious Italian cake for dessert, along with a hot cup of espresso.

FULLY AUTOMATIC PASTA MACHINE - ALL IN ONE
In a pasteria, the focal point will be the fully automatic Italian pasta machine, which can mix, knead, shape and cut the pasta into the exact type you want to serve. There are a variety of discs that can make tagliatelle, gnocchi, spaghetti and caserecce, among others. Make up to 25 kg of pasta per hour with the largest model.
Fimar MPF 1.5 - Semi-automatic - 1.5 kg capacity

Small pasta machine for 5 kg/hour without electric knife, so you have to cut the pasta to the desired length yourself. Not ideal for e.g. fusilli.
Fimar MPF 2.5 - Semi-automatic - 2.5 kg capacity
Medium-sized pasta machine for 8 kg/hour. Available with electric knife, so you don't have to stand and cut the pasta to the desired length yourself.
Fimar MPF 4 - Fully automatic - 4 kg capacity

Large fully automatic pasta machine for 13 kg/hour incl. electric knife, so you don't have to stand and cut the pasta to the desired length yourself. Incl. water-cooled system.

The largest fully automatic pasta machine we have for 25 kg/hour incl. electric knife, so you don't have to stand and cut the pasta to the desired length yourself. Incl. water-cooled system.
Fimar PF40E - Fully automatic - 4 kg capacity

Large fully automatic pasta machine for 13 kg/hour incl. electric knife, so you don't have to cut the pasta to the desired length yourself. Incl. water-cooled system and removable container, so you can easily wash the whole thing. With practical grid on top through which you pour the ingredients.
PASTA COOKER
When you make as much pasta as you do in a pasteria, you will need a real pasta cooker with a large capacity. Maybe even several if you have a large restaurant.
Zanussi EVO700 - Electric pasta cooker - 24.5 liters - 6 kW

Zanussi pasta cooker with stand. In addition to cooking pasta, it can be used for noodles of all kinds, rice, dumplings and vegetables. The model is also available in a double size with two bowls and as an automatic model. Equipped with an integrated drip zone, on which baskets can be placed for draining purposes. Baskets are purchased separately.
MENU CARD
The menu represents the core of your restaurant. Therefore, your menu should be sharp and inviting. The structure should be simple, while at the same time increasing the desire to choose the most profitable dishes.
