Unox BAKERTOP ONE

Here you will find all Unox BAKERTPÃ… ONE ovens. This is the affordable model of the BAKERTOP combi oven, which is available in two versions, ONE and PLUS. You should choose ONE if you do not have many different employees operating the oven or if you do not use the oven many hours a day. This could be in a small restaurant or micro bakery, where you yourself or a single chef/baker uses the oven. If, on the other hand, you have a lot of staff turnover or if you use the oven for 5-6-7 hours a day, you should choose a PLUS, which is more energy-saving and automated in preparation and maintenance.
