Bjørn Mixer / Varimixer ERGO is an ergonomic mixer that does not require heavy lifting. The spatula, whisk or hook is easily mounted at a good working height and the kettle is automatically lifted into place.
The Ergo model is popular because it has a higher frame. So you can lower the kettle completely and take out the tool and kettle separately. You can take out the kettle and put in a new kettle without having to take out the tool. It is suitable for large productions with a focus on efficiency. When you use the control, you do it with a straight back and the same when you take out the tool without hindrance. You can save your own programs on it. So it runs the same way every time (an advantage if several people operate it) and when the time is up, it lowers the kettle itself so that the tool drips off. It is supplied as standard in IP53 but can be upgraded to IP54 so that the entire machine can be rinsed.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
