Steam condenser for CHEFTOP COMPACT (GN 1/1)

Condensation hood for UNOX SPEED-X. It partially removes steam and odors from cooking fumes. Compatible with the UNOX SPEED-X speed oven. If you cook very fatty foods and things that smoke a lot, you can consider a model with activated carbon fiber.

How it works:

Shoots a small cloud up and works instead of an external hood. Removes a lot of the smell and steam from the oven. If you are going to fry and other very fatty foods, you can buy a model carbon filter that takes the smell.
