Robot Coupe model R301 Ultra is a vegetable cutter and blender. It has a powerful motor and is made of durable materials. It is one of the most preferred vegetable cutters in restaurants and commercial kitchens.
The machine can handle almost everything, whether it is coarse and fine chopping, mixing or stirring. With the vegetable slicer there is the option of more than 20 different cutting/grating discs - these are purchased separately.

- The machine is installed with a motor brake, which stops the movement of the knife as soon as the lid is opened.
- The "Pulse" function allows you to better control how coarsely or finely your food should be chopped, as you can stop the machine at any time by removing your finger from the pulse button.
- It has a cylindrical funnel (Ø58 mm) that is created for long or fragile vegetables and gives a nice cut.
- The large funnel (140 mm) is used for, among other things, cabbage, celery or salad.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
