Quality silicone baking mat for 60x40 cm baking sheets. It is from Italian Martellato, and made in such a way that a fine mesh net is dipped in silicone. The result is an incredibly durable silicone mat.
It is oven and dishwasher safe (-60 to 230°C).
Dimensions: 59x39 cm
Perfect for use instead of baking paper. Also widely used for processing sugar.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
