Use the vacuum pump from Evereo and create a vacuum in these special Multi.day gastro trays. You can then store the food in the trays in an Evereo warming cabinet and keep the food warm for up to 72 hours.
- Can be used directly in the oven or when sterilized , they can be placed in an Evereo warming cabinet. (Sterilization takes place in an ordinary oven for 15 min, 160 degrees)
- Use the vacuum pump as soon as the food comes out of the oven
- The lids used (additional purchase) are sealed and are very suitable for safe transport

- Stock items are shipped the same day if you order before 12 noon.
- Non-stocked goods are normally delivered within 4 weeks.
- Stock items are normally delivered with GLS or Danske Fragtmænd.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
