Steam condenser for BAKERTOP (If you do not have extraction)

This is a condensing hood that can be mounted on all new UNOX BAKERTOP ONE/PLUS combi ovens. We will install it on your new oven before shipping, so it's ready as soon as you receive the oven.

The hood is a good solution when:

• a traditional hood cannot be installed
• the oven is front-of-house in a cafe or bakery
• you want to minimize steam in the kitchen
• you want to avoid large ventilation installations

Less ideal when you frequently cook:

• fried meat
• bacon
• fatty products
• heavy grilling

The hood must be connected to water, electricity, and drainage.

• WATER: The hood can be installed before shipping the oven, where the water hose from the oven and hood are combined into one. In this way, the water hose from the oven only needs to be mounted on a ¾” stopcock on the wall.
  
• The drain hose is connected to the oven's in one combined hose, and must go down into a Ø40 sleeve PVC drain in the middle of the oven.
• The hood shoots up a small cloud and functions instead of an external hood.
