Pasta & Gnocchi
Philip wanted a restaurant in Nikolinehus, Aarhus Ø, that would serve pasta and gnocchi with ingredients from Samsø, where he already had a restaurant.
From 0 to 100
Philip has experience in starting a restaurant, so he wanted to be responsible for the planning and drawings himself. This meant that we only had to assist him with the right machines and information about installation requirements.
Kitchen of a few m2
Pasta & Gnocchi ended up with a fully functional kitchen of just a few square meters.
Among other things, we have delivered a pasta machine, industrial oven, pasta cooker, induction hob and dishwasher.
Cookie manufacturer, East Jutland
In 2017, we had the pleasure of supplying various equipment to a cookie factory in East Jutland. Most importantly, we supplied and installed a compact plug-in stove from Eurofours. We helped the customer develop the right "recipes" for the various cookies, and then programmed the recipes into the oven's digital display so that employees can quickly change the oven's settings from baking to baking.
Special made steel tables
Distillery
A Danish distillery contacted us because they wanted some custom-made stainless steel tables that could work for displaying the company's products. They often need to move the display from one room to another, so the tables had to be delivered with wheels. That wish was granted, and then an undermount dishwasher was carefully selected with the aim of reducing noise levels and reducing water treatment costs.
