Zanussi pasta cooker with base. In addition to cooking pasta, it can be used for all kinds of noodles, rice, dumplings and vegetables.
Automatic lifting system : two basket supports in stainless steel with one GN 1/2 basket each to provide automatic lifting of the basket at the end of the cycle. Option to program 5 different cooking times per basket in addition to the choice of 4 different cooking cycles, from gentle (homemade fresh pasta) to full power (ordinary pasta).
Electrically heated 3.5 kW water boiler guarantees high thermal efficiency, fast temperature recovery and a superior production rate.
With safety thermostat to avoid operation without water.
With skimming zone to remove starch: improved water quality over time.
Large drain with manual ball valve for quick well emptying.
It is recommended to use treated water , based on tests of specific water conditions.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
