Add-on

Condensation hood for UNOX SPEED-X. It partially removes steam and odors from cooking fumes. Compatible with the UNOX SPEED-X speed oven. If you cook very fatty foods and things that smoke a lot, you can consider a model with activated carbon fiber.

  • Must be connected to water, electricity and drain. 70 W. 230 V, 50 Hz.
  • Chimney diameter Ø12.1 cm.
  • Can be must be installed before shipping the oven, so the water hose only needs to be mounted on a ¾” stopcock on the wall.
  • The drain hose supplied must go into a Ø40 sleeve PVC drain in the middle of the oven.
  • Min/Max flow: 220/350 m3/hour

How it works:

Shoots a small cloud up and works instead of an external hood. Removes a lot of the smell and steam from the oven. If you are going to fry and other very fatty foods, you can buy a model carbon filter that takes the smell.
