Small compact oven ideal for small cafes, coffee bars and the like where the need is to bake croissants, snails or other bake-off.

If you have the space, we recommend the XFT183 or XFT193 as the two ovens also have airplus which ensures uniform baked goods due to perfect heat distribution. If you need to bake cookies, macarons or similar light cakes, contact us, as in that case you will need an oven with an adjustable fan.
