Smart.drain (Additional purchase for Unox Cheftop Plus oven)
Two-way valve which ensures that excess fat is directed from the oven chamber into a container or towards the drain. Ideal if you fry very fatty meat in your Unox plus oven. This reduces the fat in the chamber with dop to 80% and you do not have to buy a grease separator or blocked drain.
Smart-drain works best if you buy the special plates from UNOX with a hole in the middle. In addition, it requires you to use a low undercarriage, neutral undercarriage or a high undercarriage.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
