The Ottima Evo with 1 group is a small but effective espresso machine for smaller cafes and coffee shops. It has programmable electronic buttons that provide consistent quality in every cup you serve. This model has a low group head that sits 7.8 cm above the bottom. Therefore, you cannot make lattes in large glasses.
We also offer Ottima Evo with two groups in an XL version with raised group heads for larger cafes.

Service at Futurmat
Preventive service costs DKK 2,500 ex VAT: Here the machine is serviced, the seals and filter are replaced and the valves are cleaned. It's a bit like a service on your car, where you get the oil changed. This minimizes breakdowns on the machine, and you get the opportunity to talk to a trained espresso technician if you have any questions.
Complete service agreement costs DKK 7,000 ex VAT: This includes all of the above, but also changing the water filter. And in addition, you can call at any time and have errors and downtimes fixed, and parts replaced that should be worn out. With this agreement, you are fully covered, and you minimize downtime and downtime significantly.
We can also offer regular filter replacements when you need them. The price depends on the model and size of your water filter.

When you are not at the address
If you are a newly opened business, or are not always at the address, you can hang a note on the door and write that the GLS driver must deliver the goods. You simply note the track and trace number on the note that you receive in the late afternoon. You can also note when ordering in the webshop that you do not arrive until after 10.00 for example.
